Sanzio

Hi Folks! This new font, is an experiment of sorts. To create this typeface, I dug out a brush and india ink, and then wrote a lot of fast paced scripts. I did a ton of continuous runs of the lowercase, picked one I liked, cut it apart and made the connections work between most glyphs. To create an uppercase, I scaled up the lowercase and fiddled with the weight and some design components, like removing the dot on the i and j. Then I added the figures, some punctuation, and accented glyphs for Western European support. The result is Sanzio. Sanzio also has some initial and final glyphs, and a ...
